Brand Activation Manager

Resignation Media is seeking a highly effective Brand Activation Manager to lead execution on all things related to branded content. The Brand Activation Manager is responsible for managing the development and execution of custom programs on behalf of our brand partners. This specialized unit is integral in supporting Resignation Media’s Sales team in managing revenue and building the Resignation Media properties.

The Brand Activation Manager will be responsible for ensuring Resignation Media establishes itself as an industry leader in campaign execution. Your focus will be on the execution of custom digital marketing programs, working closely with editorial, studio and social content teams in order to develop, introduce and maintain processes within the organization.

Job Description:

  • Manage overall timelines and deliverables for all custom campaigns
  • Develop and implement best-practices for executions to establish a best-in-class execution team
  • Oversee the Sales process from Insertion Order through Campaign Wrap-up
  • Successfully manage priority account executions
  • Identify process needs, develop solutions, and introduce processes to the organization
  • Maintaining a clear dialogue with the VP of Brand Strategy on all pending & active campaigns
  • Work cross functionally with Account Management, Campaign Management, Talent, Content, Production, PR, Media and any 3rd parties to ensure full scope of work is executed on all campaigns
  • Manage Brand Strategy Custom Execution pipeline and facilitate communication with all internal teams to ensure visibility for all upcoming campaigns
  • Manage internal visibility for Legal & PR team
  • When applicable, manage 3rd party relationships with producers, vendors, event staff, talent, etc

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience of successfully producing digital media campaigns
  • Must be extremely organized, detail-oriented and a creative problem solver
  • Excellent client management and communication skills
  • Able to manage multiple projects and extremely tight deadlines in a high paced environment
  • Understands basic marketing principles
  • Must hold Bachelor’s Degree
